If you run a collection centre or village society, use the main Hamari Dairy app — it covers collection, quality testing, billing and payments. Processing units and pickup or driver staff have their own apps built around their part of the workflow. All of them read from the same data, so a litre recorded on one is visible on the others.
Yes, every app is a free download on Google Play, the App Store and as a Windows installer. A subscription starts at ₹139 per month after the 15-day free trial; there is no setup fee and no per-farmer charge.
Yes. Collection, quality testing, rate calculation, slip printing and billing all run fully offline, and data syncs automatically when a connection returns. Village collection centres routinely lose connectivity mid-shift, so this is core rather than optional.
Yes. One account works across the Windows desktop app, Android, iOS and the web dashboard, with the same data on all of them. Access is role-based, so an operator, a manager and a head office user each see what is relevant to them.
Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows PCs, and any modern browser. The apps read FAT, SNF and CLR from milk analyzers and AMCU units over RS232 and USB, and print farmer slips on POS-58 and compatible 58 mm thermal printers over USB or Bluetooth.
