INTRODUCTION

Hamari Dairy (“Mobile application”) owned and managed by Hamari Dairy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you. We offer you access to our services through our “mobile application” (defined below) subject to the following Terms of this agreement, which may be updated by us from time to time with or without notice to you. We strongly recommend that you read and understand these “Terms of Use” carefully.

By accessing and using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be lawfully bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which constitute an agreement between you and us. In case you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.

DEFINITIONS

  • “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and other documents provided by the App.
  • “Service” or “Services” refers to the services provided to dairy owners and milkmen through our electronic platform.
  • “User”, “You” and “your” denotes the person who is accessing or using any service of this App.
  • “Service recipient” or “Dairy Owner” refers to the user who accesses the App and makes the payment for a subscription plan for using this App.
  • “Dairy Farmer” or “Milkman” refers to the person who sells milk to the dairy owners on a regular basis and receives money from them.

ABOUT US

At Hamari Dairy mobile application, we provide you with a meticulously designed mobile app that allows Dairy Owners to get full control over their Dairy. This app is immensely beneficial for Dairy Owners due to its numerous advantages. It enables them to handle deliveries of all types of dairy products, manage customers, and process online payments. It is a complete suite of integrated features that automates the entire operation of a Dairy.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

This document is published under the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of the Terms (collectively, “Changes”), at any time. It is strongly recommended that you review the Agreement intermittently.

We may notify you of changes by sending an email to the address identified in your Account or by posting a revised version of the Terms incorporating the changes to our app. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the Changes.
