We offer you access to our services through our “mobile application” (defined below) subject to the following Terms of this agreement, which may be updated by us from time to time with or without notice to you. We strongly recommended that you read and understand these “Terms of Use” carefully. By accessing and using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be lawfully bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and that it constitutes an agreement between you and us, which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). In case you do not agree with any of these terms, then please do not use the App.
At Hamari Dairy mobile application, we provide you meticulously designed mobile app that allows Dairy Owner to get full control over Dairy. This app is immensely beneficial for Dairy Owners due to its numerous advantages. It will enable them to handle deliveries of all types of dairies products and manage the customers and online payment. It is a complete suite of integrated features that automates the entire operation of Dairy.
This document is published under the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of the Terms (collectively, “Changes”), at any time. It is therefore strongly recommended that you review the Agreement intermittently. We may notify you of changes by sending an email to the address identified in your Account or by posting a revised version of the Terms incorporating the changes to our app. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the Changes.
